Leadership Change Thinking Lab
The Leadership Change Thinking Lab is one of Catalyst Impact Strategies’ signature change enablement programs designed specifically for federal leaders and agency transition teams. In this ten-week intensive, leaders are guided through an in-depth diagnosis and applied strategy directly related to their agency's unique mission, organizational shifts, and operational context.
The weekly modules are centered on the internationally recognized Prosci ADKAR® Model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). Each week focuses on the individual and systemic elements of organizational transformation, providing leaders the opportunity to navigate barrier points, build stakeholder buy-in, and practice change management strategies in real time with their teams.
The course culminates in a capstone exercise resulting in a
90-Day Change Enablement Plan, an ADKAR Barrier-Point Strategy Matrix, and a Certificate of Completion (Level 1 Catalyst Change Leader).
The program includes comprehensive digital ADKAR toolkit assets, structured change practitioner milestone templates, and 20 hours of live virtual classroom engagement facilitated by a Certified Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner.
Cost: $5,000 per student.
This program is optimized for intact agency teams and cross-functional working groups of 3–5 learners.
